​You and I will communicate beforehand your options, and the bear will be produced with your ideas in mind, but with my design. After that, you agree to allow me to use my own creativity to create the bear as my art.​

I take pride and put much care into my design and the making of your bear. However, no two hand-made bears are ever completely identical, so I make no promises on the bear’s exact look.

All of the bears, extras and accessories are made by me and by hand. Therefore, they are not perfect nor do they look like factory made bears. Any flaws that occur are part of their charm.

I reserve the right to return orders for which fabric supplied is deemed unusable. No money will be refunded as the deposit will be used for shipping and handling costs to return fabric.

I will not be responsible for items damaged due to age and/or quality of fabric, nor for loss or damage to fabric or bear(s) during shipping. When shipping garments to me, insurance is recommended but not required (individual's preference).

I do not accept returns nor give refunds for any reason.

Bears made with button eyes are not suitable for young children.

 

Bears are crafted in order of payment received. Regular Delivery is 3-4 weeks during non-peak Holiday times.  Peak holiday times increase delivery time. Rush orders are subject to artist’s schedule. Large orders of three or more bears, can be arranged but please allow 10-12 weeks.
